Düsseldorf Tamil Sangam e.V. is a linguistic, social and cultural association for all who are interested in the language and culture of Tamils.
The association strives to
Enable a social, cultural and sporting meeting place for its members.
Strengthen the friendship between its members, as well as between its members, Germans and other -persons resident in Germany with international relations.
Offer public native language classes for all children, youth and adults.
The association is non-political, non-religious and non-partisan organization.
Call for Sponsors
Düsseldorf Tamil Sangam e.V. calls for sponsors/donors to support the activities of the association such as cultural events, sport events and language classes arranged for interested members.
Sponsorship categories
Diamond sponsors
Yearly contract: Sponsoring the association for a year Sponsorship amount: 500€/year
Gold sponsors
Event based contract: Sponsoring only one event Sponsorship amount: 200€/event
Silver sponsors
Event based contract: Sponsoring only one event Sponsorship amount: 150€/event*
What we offer
One Stall shall be allocated to sponsors where they can display their products, Roll-up stand posters, banners during the event.
Sponsor’s ‘Logo/Name’ shall be added as ‘sponsored by’ in the association’s event flyers, social media event posts, certificates, Jerseys.
Stage shall be provided to sponsors during the event for ‘5 minutes’ to promote their offerings/product (*Only applicable to Diamond and Gold Sponsors)

Düsseldorf Tamil Sangam e.V shall not endorse or promote any offerings/products from the sponsor.
Düsseldorf Tamil Sangam only provides platform to the sponsors based on the above sponsorship categories.
Sponsor shall use the allocated stall exclusively for consulting purposes and no parties shall be signing contract/contractual agreements during the event.
Düsseldorf Tamil Sangam prohibits donation collection by the sponsors during the event.
The association is non-political, non-religious and non-partisan organization.
Sponsors should respect the event’s rules and guidelines, including setup locations, speaking times, and sponsorship agreements.
